Testing is significant for software products. Software testing plays a vital role in the lifecycle of developing the software. The purpose of this research was to develop the automation of test-case generation in software testing. Software testing concentrates on detecting the defect, failures and quality of the product. The client needs a properly designed product because it allows clients to make decisions based on the data provided relative to the risk level regarding the delivery of the software to the market and on the efficiency of organizational processes that could be the cause of defects and failures. In this research, pesticide paradox was adaptable in manual and automation scenarios of testing, assisting products with superior quality and best results. It was found that test cases have a higher percentage of coverage and finding defects. At the same time, testers were required to keep revising and reviewing test cases regularly. The research can be extended to other uses by automating the testing process for a larger number of test cases. This research could be further extended by implementing the proposed approach on real time objectoriented application. Further approaches for eliminating pesticide paradox other than defect clustering can be tried by extending the present solution.
